Exploit the new OligoShop Workgroup Function

Your account in the OligoShop is always personal even though we usually map several end-users under one combined institute address. However, we do not know your connections.

In order to share your data with your colleagues or to monitor the orders of your group we have now implemented work groups. You can invite another OligoShop user to join your group. The partner will receive an email. After clicking the accept button both of you can view the orders, quote requests and templates of the partner account and copy these sequences into your cart to place an order or to create new templates.

Both sides can terminate the workgroup at any time.

Suggestions how to use the workgroup function

(1) Create different accounts to sort your orders by projects or cost centers and combine them as one workgroup.

(2) Should you move to a new location just create a new account and link both.

(3) Group leader accounts. Connect individual accounts with one account and open a second account for your own orders. Through your first account you can monitor all orders while the second account remains private.
