Fluorescein
Fluorescein is used as donor dye for hybridization probes. Kits with SimpleProbe® probes are also listed in this section, because the dye has almost the same spectrum as fluorescein (emission about 515 nm).
Kits with SimpleProbe and hybridization probes require to run a specific color compensation.
