Design of Real-Time PCR Probes

Many years of assisting our customers have contributed to improving our design potential. The positive feedback to our unique PCR assay design has encouraged us to continue this free-of-charge service.

From the very beginning of this exciting and new technology – with the introduction of the TaqMan® assay in 1996 and the LightCycler® instrument in 1998 – we have been involved in the development of new Real-time PCR assays for laboratories worldwide.
Simply send us a written request and we will provide design proposals with detailed information on the new selected or published and established primer and probe sequences for detection / quantification and typing assays.
